If you are purchasing an existing home you could qualify for up to $5,000 per member.
$10,000.
If you are building a new home you could qualify for up to $10,000 per member.
First Home Loan is an initiative by housing New Zealand.

If you meet the criteria for a welcome home loan it allows the provider to lend on a lower deposit.
